At Stanley Home Designs our goal is to provide quality plans at an affordable price. Usually you can get custom plans at or near stock plan prices.

Lance Stanley graduated college in 1988 with an A.A.S. in Architectural Drafting and Design. He has completed various types of drafting working including house plans for new construction and remodels, working with surveyors drawing site plans, plot plans, and final subdivision plats. Lance has been designing house plans since 1987 and has completed plans ranging from 1200 s.f. to 18,000 s.f.

Lance is a designer and not a Certified Architect and does not provide engineered stamped plans. You will need to check with your local building department to see if they require Architectural or Engineered stamped plans.
