New Plans

*Price above for house on a slab or crawl space. Basement plan will incur additional cost depending on build out of basement (pricing starts at $75.00).
Plans include 5 sets of prints (18x24 or larger as required). Additional sets available at a cost of $20 per set for 18x24 and $28.50 for 24x36.
Plans consist of the following:
- Sheet 1: Elevations (front, rear and sides)
- Sheet 2: Foundation / Basement plan
- Sheet 3: 1st floor plan
- Sheet 4: Roof plan and any other elevations or cross-sections that may be required.
Remodels
Remodel plans are quoted on a per job basis depending on complexity of job and time required to complete project. Prices usually start out around $480 and go up. Contact us today for a quote.
Other Services
